Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, sellable condition.
Ship to the Mountains
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our West Virginia studio for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
